1. General

1.1. These Terms of Use (the ToU) apply to the website accessible at castlebook.com (the Website), which allows you without limitation to view and add castles and manors, and to purchase other products and/or services available at the same URL (together the Services), provided by Castlebook.com.

1.2. By accessing and using this Website and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the ToU. If you do not agree, please refrain from accessing and using the Services.

2. Registration

2.1. Certain Services require registration of a user profile (the User Profile) and sign-in before they can be used. By registering or using the Services you warrant that you are of legal age and have unrestricted legal capacity in your country of domicile or residence.

2.2. You warrant that all information provided to Castlebook.com is true and accurate. Users shall keep such information up to date.

2.3. You agree to keep your credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for use of your User Profile, including third-party use whether authorized or not, and liable for resulting losses or damages. Notify Castlebook.com immediately of unauthorized access or any other breach of security.

2.4. Castlebook.com reserves the right to temporarily or permanently cancel a User Profile at any time without notice and without compensation, for any reason, without liability.

3. Third-party content

3.1. Certain users may post, transmit, or link text, files, images, photos, videos, sounds, or other materials (Third-Party Content).

3.2. You grant Castlebook.com a worldwide, free of charge, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, assignable license, with right of sublicense, and any related intellectual property rights, to use the Third-Party Content in connection with the Services and in accordance with the Privacy policy.

3.3. All Third-Party Content is the sole responsibility of the user from whom it originates. It is not an endorsement by Castlebook.com. Castlebook.com has no liability related to Third-Party Content under intellectual property, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise.

3.7. Castlebook.com has the right to move or change ownership of provided listing data to its official manager/owner at any time without prior notice to its original presenter (including after an approved ownership claim).

4. Use of Services

By accessing and using the Services, you shall not without limitation:

4.1. Transmit data intended to interrupt, damage, or limit functionality of the Services (including viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, or similar routines).

4.2. Use your User Profile or the Services for any unlawful purpose.

4.3. Infringe, or cause a third party to infringe, any applicable law or regulation.

4.4. Infringe any intellectual property right, proprietary right, or right of publicity or privacy.

4.5. Use the Services other than for your personal or legitimate business needs, or act in the name of a third party without authorization.

4.6. Use the Services in breach of the Privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. The Services are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks. Without prejudice to Section 3.2, Castlebook.com and its licensors own intellectual property rights in the Services and published content, or have acquired appropriate consent or license.

5.2. Users or their licensors retain ownership of rights in their Third-Party Content.

7. Suspension and termination of use

Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and subject to applicable law Castlebook.com may remove or delete information and content, including User Profile data.

8. No warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castlebook.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding quality, suitability, compatibility, reliability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and access.

Unless willful misconduct or gross negligence, Castlebook.com makes no warranties and bears no liability for: accuracy or completeness of content (including Third-Party Content); limitations; personal injury; or property damage resulting from access or use of the Services, unauthorized access to data, interruption of transmission, malware transmitted by third parties, errors or omissions in content, or loss or damage from content made available via the Services.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1.
